The "Featured Member" Avatar for nophoto.jpg err what ever it is... is not selected by way of the selected style but going to different style images for the no avatar image.
Example:
You have 5 styles.
You selected style 3 as your style to use.
If the Featured Member has no avatar it will look in the image folder for style 5 not in style 3 images.

Caching limitation currently. It can't be dynamic since it might be used externally. So it's set to the default at the time of building.
We're going to probably have to handle the external ones a bit differently since we have similar issues with dates in the others.

The style it is grabbing the no picture image from is not the default and hardly used. However only 1% of the users even use that template as well as the no picture image has been taken from 3 different templates since it was placed on the site.
I do not know why it is attempting to do this. I noticed it as I "forgot" to upload it into that style but uploaded it into the other 6 or 7 styles image folders.

It's being built using the users style selection at the time it is cached. So, if it's rebuilt when I'm logged in it might use style 2, if it's rebuilt while you're logged in it might be style 5.

Ok, I understand you then. Shouldn't it be displaying the proper image for that style being displayed to that particular user?

It should, but that's the whole caching thing I mentioned. It's cached for an hour, and since it can be used externally the image path has to be set at the time of cache.
So what we need to do is make it so when used internally it can use the proper image and used externally just use the default. But can't do that until we redo things.
