I was wondering, why is there no page on UBBCentral comparing UBB.threads to other forum solutions? I would think that it would make the product more marketable.
We have lost lots of market share since vBulletin and other PHP/MySQL based forum solutions began to appear. And Infopop's acquisition of WWWThreads didn't seem to help much, as UBB.classic and UBB.threads were initially marketed as separate products. It was simply too cumbersome to maintain two forum solutions, and soon the products were merged into one unified forum solution, which evolved into the UBB.threads 7.x series.
I personally think that Rick should create a table that compares UBB.threads to vBulletin, IPB, phpBB, and SMF. That way UBB.threads can be come a more marketable solution.
