Hej

I have wondered why anonymous cant use the shoutbox, even if permission is set 1 in CP?

I'll need to note that in the CP. Anonymous users cannot use the shoutbox. It's not coded to handle an unregistered user.

And that is a GOOD thing. Otherwise you'd have SPAMMING out of control and no way to stop it.
