Why can some of my users see the CAPTCHA graphics and others can't? I get the same issue whether I use GD2 or Imagemagic. Anyone?

Do they have a ad-removal tool installed, and is the image size just about the same size a banner normally is (and thus being removed by the ad-blocker)?
