I just learned from Rick that when a member's subscription runs out, they receive a PM to notify them. I would like to suggest that, as an option, the admin could choose either to PM the member, or email them, or both. Also, a PM to the admin (or option to email the admin) would be nice too, so as to allow the admin to keep abreast of who's subscriptions are running out. Also, maybe instead of waiting until it completely runs out, it could send them an email 3 days ahead of time. Just some thoughts.

I'd prefer seeing a log rather than PT's to the admin(s) as this could potentially get quite cumbersome as PT's...
I do like the email/pt option, especially "advanced" emailing (though would prefer 15 days prior to expiration, possibly with a repeat value at 3 days)

I would still like to see control over the PayPal subscriptions rather then seeing it say to go to PayPal to make any changes. I have not found out where to make changes in PayPal for one and also the PayPal thing will not communicate back to my UBB anyways.
This need to be addressed that the changes be made in the UBB not PayPal for the subscriptions and such rather then going directly in the MySQL Database using PHPMyAdmin and manually making the proper changes and such.
Anyone Agree?

Well, PayPal as the subscription provider is in charge of each transaction; the UBB can't really do much in the manner of controlling PayPal... Just simply reading subscription data and referring users to make payments

Exactly but if your message board does not communicate with PayPal then how do you activate them after PayPal finishes the transaction. You HAVE to go into the database manually and make the changes your self.
