Didn't this happen with the import to version 7? I think all of these people left their birthday field empty.

The program defaults to an empty birth date field even if it is required to fill in. Have reported this several times.

After they register then they must go back in and change it, even though you have it set as a required field. Have reported this too.

Most likely has never been a priority to have functioning properly.
