Please forgive the novice level of this question, but I have recently been handed admin duties for a particular forum on a particular board and I cannot find the answer to this question anywhere I've looked. If you can answer it or point me to where I can find the answer, I would be MOST grateful.

For group access, what is the difference between allowing a group Read/Reply access and Read/Write access?

Thank you for any help, this is making me crazy.

read/reply -- allows peeps to read threads and reply to them
read/write -- allows the same, but also adds their ability to start a new topic
