UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.threads Version 7/8 Support Help, my shoutbox just died.

One of my users attempted to copy/paste a line of text into the shoutbox and it just stopped working for everyone. Now it's completely blank and anyone trying to post in it just stares at the "sending..." message.

Any ideas? Tried resetting it, tried optimizing the shoutbox table, etc. Is there another way to clear/reset it?

You may need to change the prefix to match yours.
