Several of my posting clients have trouble signing in with the passwords that they have used for years. I decided to sign out and try to sign in as one of them. Not only can they not sign in, but I can't get back in.
I was sent a temporary password, but now I can't figure out how to change it back to my old reliable (and rememberable) password.
