Hi,

my shout box doesn't shout anymore. After clicking on "shout", just the word "sending..." appears above the buttons, nothing else happens, box stays empty.

It worked perfectly in the previous versions.

No change in site permissions whatsoever.

I tried it in Safari, there all shouts are visible (including the "invisible" test shouts posted a minute ago whithin IE7).

So there must be a problem in a script. Please help.

In IE we've discovered an issue if there are any multi-byte characters in the user's display name. Have a fix coming for this in 7.5. What you can do is bring it up in Safari and delete the shouts posted by anyone with multi-byte characters in their name.

If you'd like to open up a support ticket for this with FTP information to your site, we could also apply the fix we have to make sure it works properly.
