Not sure if this is a bug or just code that will be cleaned up when the CP gets worked on. I am running 7.4.1.
I created a group, and gave it permission in one forum to edit, delete, create stickies. They get all of those options, but when you try to execute it the error message you must be an admin or mod to do this. Now when creating a topic you can click make this sticky. When you submit, no error message, the post goes through normal but it does not stick.
If you cannot create groups and do this, then groups that aren't mod/admin should not get the options to add those settings :dunno:
Or am I missing something?
