When I go to groupee.com, I'm pretty sure it is a site unrelated to UBB. It's a music site. Did someone hijack your domain? If that actually IS your company site... BOY is it misleading.
(I got there by attempting to go to infopop.com, which redirected me, so that's why I put it in bugs.)

First thing is that if you click on "Home" under the "Site Links" heading at the top left of each page here, you get to https://www.ubbcentral.com/.From there you will see a link at the very bottom left of the box to "Groupee.com". However, clicking on it actually takes you to http://www.groupee-inc.com without a re-direct. If you were to have a look around at this site, you will come across this page, http://www.groupee-inc.com/groupee.php, which contains your answer.

Nope, I'm afraid I'm as confused as ever. The only thing the http://www.groupee-inc.com/groupee.php page told me is that the author of the page doesn't know the difference between a hyphen and an em-dash. It's all about the groupee.com music website. I almost get the idea that groupee-inc.com is the parent company of ubbcentral.com which has four divisions (one of which is groupee.com), but if that were so, SURELY they would mention UBB along with all that stuff about "starting a discussion" and "social networks" fluff, and SURELY they would have a link to ubbcentral.com somewhere. Or people actually seeking information would go mad. And we still have the problem of infopop.com redirecting to groupee.com, which is definitely the wrong place. (Oops, I didn't mean to put this in UBB.threads 6.x)

Groupee is the parent company yes.
They have no clue about anything with the UBB, they will refer you to the ticket system and tell you that it is Rick's baby. Rick works from home and they, meaning Groupee and Rick, do not communicate on any regular basis so one does not know what the other is doing.

I probably need to make an official note on this somewhere so it's easier to find. Groupee provides the hosting, order processing and ticket system. Other than that, UBBCentral stands on it's own. The only time someone using or looking for UBB ends up on a Groupee site, is doing a ticket or ordering as those are both under the Infopop domain as that's where the SSL cert is at. But anyone searching for UBB ends up here, not over there That's really about it. Probably as clear as mud, I know

An excuse would imply that I'm trying to justify something I'm not, just stating why it is the way it is.

Hey, it's not my company, but it seems odd that the site would go on about being "the industry leader in the development of online social networks" without ever saying the name of the products they're talking about. I guess it's a secret brand? They do mention "eve for enterprise" but again describe it with fluffy words like "community solution."
I only stumbled on it because I typed infopop.com into the web browser, thinking I'd get here somehow, but I was redirected to groupee.com. This is WAY the wrong place because groupee.com is a division of groupee-inc.com, isn't it? And NOT the UBB division. I think it should at least redirect to groupee-inc.com, if not ubbcentral.com, because that corresponds to what infopop used to be.
But anyway, that's all your business. I just wanted to let someone know.

Redirecting it to ubbcentral.com would be as wrong as you feel redirecting it to groupee.com is. I've changed it to redirect to groupee-inc.com, the parent company, which is what infopop.com used to be.
