Alright, call me blind or stupid but I cant find the setting. I used to get an email every time someone registered and was put in the queue. Since upgrading to the current version I no longer get them, where is that setting?

Click My Stuff and then Preferences. All the way at the bottom.

Yeah, it's a bit tough to find if you don't know where to look. Couple things like this where the individual mods/admins can choose their preferences. When we do the update we'll probably make this into it's own section of the profile so it stands out a bit more.

Lol, how about a "Moderation" setting, only available to mods... Though I'd also love to see a "mail indicator" type dealie for notices for mods (new users, posts that need approved, etc)
