Attachments issue in 7.4.2

We have a couple forums where we allow attachments in the regular image formats and .pdf

Problem is, when you click on the attachement to download, it tries to bring down something called UBBThreads.php - not the attached file.

Am I missing a setting?

Considering 7.5 final is out, i'd advise against installing the beta lol
