Are you talking about global announcements?

No - an example would be one of our members that wants to invite readers to their ranch for an Elk hunt, but also has a trout stream for fly fishing on the property. Rather than creating two posts, the member could creat one and tell it to post both places. (other option is good old copy and paste - but would be nice if there is something a bit more slick!)

This not a current feature.
It would be best to post this in the suggestion forum.
Also I believe there was a old hack at ubbdev somewhere. But it may be out of date for the current version.
Right now I think the only thing that comes close is the move feature that will place a pointer in the existing forum. But I don't think that is what you are looking for.
