When I click on the Board Rules link that is now at the bottom on the footer, it doesn't take me to the rules. Instead it takes me to a screen telling be to check a box that I agree to the rules, but there - as if I'm registering for the first time. See image attached.

All it is doing is displaying what you have in.
» Control Panel » Registration Settings
Board Rules:

It looks like your actual rules were entered in the link directory MOD not in the control panel
