I purged some posts from a forum today. After the purge was complete I checked the forum and discovered that some threads remained that should not have. I purged everything older than 12/6/2008, yet some threads dating back to February of 2008 still remain. The last post in one of the threads is February, 2008.

Is this a known problem? (We're running 7.2.2.) If so, is it fixed in 7.5?

Were any of them stickied or locked?

I know we've made some changes to this since 7.2.2. There were a few cases where the db info for the last post wasn't updated properly when a post was deleted within a thread, so this could be something that's causing your issue.

Here's one of the threads. The last post is dated 2/15/2008. It's a hot topic but not a sticky.

I'll be updating to 7.5 soon. I'll run the purge again then and see if it clears the old ones out.
