I can only assume you changed something in your style setting. If that is true it would have been several places. Because everything has a underline.
Or possibly a html include that overrides the style setting.

All I can see is your hyperlinks underlined, not all text. To remove this go to Styles > Edit > General CSS Properties > Body > Special Link Properties Here you will see 4 text boxes. Just enter the following in to these boxes. You might want something different in the last one (Hover Link) to make it mor obvious that it's a link. For example: text-decoration: underline;

Try using IE, Firefox displays fine but in IE everything has a underline and I mean everything.

I've found that if you remove the very first line of the source code the underlining disappears. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> The main site doesn't contain this line so it displays OK, it's just the forum.

Likely you have an unclosed tag in your header insert (or through a modification of a template); remember that if you open a tag, always be sure to close it... Ex: Open Link: <a href="http://www.yoursite.tld"> Closing Tag: Not sure why removing the doctype would fix it; it shouldn't really have much effect at all...

Well Giz. I was looking this up outside of here and a user at another board stated the same thing that removing the DOC type fixed it. The response from others was the same as yours. Open tag somewhere.
So who is to say what is correct? Beats me.

LOL, I had this happen to me in a forum description using bold. Drove me nuts till I figured out it was an unclosed tag. Viewing the page source and looking through code is prob how he found it
