I seem to remember that it was mentioned that as ADMIN
you can private message a member over there quota?

I have a nuisance member,
and unless he gets in touch the only option i can do
is ban him and leave a message in the description.

When you say can't pm. are you getting a error message.
Between Basil and I tossing back and forth.
The error message is usually showing the recipient not the sender.
There are still limits on admins also in the control panel.

Yes you can send over Quota but can't receive. So probably is the case in your user.

No the member is Over Quota its saying.
But as Admin i'm sure this was talked about that Admin
shouldn't have a restriction?

Maybe it was on the incoming.

I tried this on 7.5 and permission settings limit the admin as well.

Ive noticed, in 7.4.1 if you remove the users access to send or receive, admin can't send either.

I have this fixed for 7.5.1
