I have a small forum that I'd like to have someone re-style. Can anyone give me a clear understanding of how long it should take someone with strong IT literacy and graphic skills to do?

I don't have the ability to do it myself so would like to outsource it; however, as the site is non-profit, I am trying to do it as cost effectively as possible.

Looking at some of the free holiday, etc, style sheets on this site I am amazed at what can be achieved!

I am not interested but you know it depends on how far you want to go with a style.
Are you looking to add all net new graphic images to replace the stock ones?
If you don't already have them then someone will need to design them. I think this will be the big issue.

If you just want a special color scheme, Then Robje01 is probably correct or at least close.

Just a basic color scheme? 2 hours or so max I'd say... There are several of us here (including myself) who're more than comfortable with CSS within the UBB product
