I still have so many issues with subscriptions, I know in time things will work better.

Having different levels of Groups and Subscriptions I have members still floating around with free access,

One thought that would fix most of my problems would be to remove all members group subscriptions thru 'change groups' in member managment.

Then run a query from the subscription database reinstating anyone who has an active subscription.

This would clean up members who had that subscription group turned on without an active subscription.


Anyway of looking up the subscription data and turning on groups based on active subscription?

If you don't have a lot of subscriptions, then manually doing these might get you by for now. You can get a list of active subscriptions along with the userid and groups by running the following query:
