Is there a way to enable Subscriptions for a specific group without making all in that group go through PayPal?

I know NOTHING about how the new Subscription feature works. So, any additional information that would help me set this up would be greatly appreciated.

The only possible thing would be to maybe setup a donation with a 0 dollar minimum. You'd need to manually approve each user however.

I guess I should probably extend the subscriptions feature so you can designate a free subscription.

I still like my idea of allowing people to join groups, request to join a group, and have group managers for more group options tongue...
