Hi, guys! How in the world do I open a ticket? I purchased Advanced Support, but I can't seem to open up a ticket. HELP!

Just look at the top left island here. Select Support options. Or go HERE Then select basic or advanced support. This option really depends on what you need. If you select basic but really need advanced support Rick will let you know.
