Does anyone know if it is possible to customize the layout of the photo gallery in UBB? Right now I see three across and the paging starts at 15 posts. Can this be modified at all?

One other question about customizing - is there any way to modify the alignment? I have different size photos going in so the text info boxes are all sitting on the page in different positions because the lines are aligned by teh top of the image?

Thanks for helping!

I never really noticed this before but you are correct. There is not a method to set the paging.
And the thumbnails alignment is not selectable. So if you have vertical photos and horizontal photos, there is not a selection to align them to the top bottom or centered.

Thanks Ruben - hopefully this will be something that is added at some point. I think aligning would make the gallery look more uniform. Right now it looks like I threw a bunch of photos in a box!

I did happen to find where the 15 posts per page is set.
edit file postlist.inc.php
around line 372 you will see it is set to 15 posts.

Remember modifications are not supported on this site.

Regarding vertical spacing, you could wrap the thumbnails in a fixed height div to correct this. You need to edit template 'gallerylist.tpl', line 121, example as follows...

Code
<div style="height:135px;padding:10px 0;"><a href="{ubb url="ubb=showgallery&Number=`$postrow[topic].Number``$postrow[topic].goto`" title=$postrow[topic].SubjectClean}">{$postrow[topic].Subject}</a></div>

I use a similar method on my site...

Thanks. With so many problems with our site I haven't been able to get to this. So, I will take a look and see if I can fix this. Thanks guys.
