Suggestion : User should be able to close his "Visitor Comments"

Some user don't like his profile page can leave comments.
I suggest user can close his comments as he wish.
There should be a 'toggle' in his profile page.


BTW , if some user is in another user's ignore list , I suggest he cannot leave comments in that user's profile page.

English is not my native language. I try my best to express my thought precisely. I hope you understand what I mean. If any misunderstanding results from culture gaps, I apologize first.
