Except for Admin. You'd want/need to be able for a Moderator or Admin to be able to continue to send if needed.
Right, cause the Admin needs to be able to send then taunting emails and stuff.
I think he's talking about mass emails, not individual communication, doc.
.threads allows a user to opt out, someone that is banned should be moved automatically to the opt out list.
