What exactly do I need to do to backup all of my message board content?
If I have posted this question inappropriately please let me know what forum would be correct.

Assuming you are using UBBThreads.
First is to ftp to the site and backup the site files.
Then you need to backup the MySQL database. Using whatever you have for a tool (PHPMYADMIN,SHELL,ETC)
It also might be helpful to make a crib sheet for paths, database login and print out the documentation to install ubb.
Oh, I knew Giz had one somewhere. To lazy to find it.
