1) I would like to add one picture displays a the top of each page.Is this done by HTML code in the header section??
Default Header: HTML and PHP allowed. Shows at the top of every page.
2)I would also like to change the mustard yellow back ground to a blue background. Any Ideas?

Changing of colors would be done through the style editor; simply locate the area you wish to change and enter the hex code of the new color in the background: definition.
As for adding an image on each page, this would generally be done with HTML code in the header insert section of the control panel.

Okay for a general image insert with little formating it would be. Goto: Control Panel ยป Display Options HTML Includes Default Header: Then post something like: <img src="http://www.iaeifl.org/images/iaei_logo.gif" width="150" height="70"> As far as color goes the sky is the limit. But it would be nice if you posted your site address.

I agree with ruben, the standard image sintax is: <img src="image location" height="000" width="000" alt="-" /> which would be unique to your image. As for the hex color code, it'd depend on your sites colors; the hex code would just simply be the number associated with the color you want to use... You can see different hex values on may Google Search Results

You guys are great 1) I have the right color now. 2) I could not figure out my path of my godday account / pix folder(I ran out of time tonight). However, I imported my picture to photobucket and it generated the html code. I then pasted to where you said and it worked! So a temp patch for now. :-) www.falconeasygroup.com
