Nope unless you restore from a backup but then you will loose everything after the backup was taken.

Maybe one day we could have a utility for such a purpose. Possibly a export/import for forums and topics by selection. So you could merge two boards together or split one board into two.

I've been hoping for a UBB.T7 -> UBB.T7 importer so I can merge several boards together; but I've been hoping since beta  lol
