OK so I made the move from 'Classic' 6.5.x (IIRC) to Threads 7.5.x and used the importer and, thanks to some technical wizardry from UBB Central and AllenAyers I am up and live.

The legacy files/folders on my server - stay or go? For example the UBB Folder, all of the nonCGI, CGI items, etc.

Thanks!

Well, I'd back them up (just in case) then purge; you'll regain a lot of space (I did when I upgraded from Classic). If you're running the re directors they don't need the old flat files at all.

I agree with GIZ. Back them up and delete. Cause what are you going to do with them. After a week or two they will be useless anyway. Due to all of the posts are stored in MYSQL in lieu of a cgi file now.
