In your header you have an opening h1 tag that is center aligned but is never closed:
<h1 align="center">

I put the above code in and the default header works, but all of the words on the forum are huge, how do I get it back to regular size?

I put the above code in and the default header works, but all of the words on the forum are huge, how do I get it back to regular size? You just need to close that h1 tag, so what you had, you'd just need to modify it to this:
<h1 align="center">

</h1>

I'm unsure why you'd be using a h1 tag for an image, generally one would just use a div in this case:
<div align="center">

</div>

Well, I would too if it where text, in this case it's an image and doesn't really fit the criteria for why you'd use a h1 tag (since it's an image SE's don't care about its value, and it's not text so it doesn't effect the user experience ever)
