Ok I created 2 Categories

Than created 6 Forums under the 1st Category

But only 1 is showing

If you are going to use categorys. Then the forums will not appear till you assign every forum to a category.
Control Panel » Forum Settings
Select details on each forum
IN the details screen select the category and then select submit.
Repeat for each forum

When you are done you may need to use
Control Panel » Clear Cache and possibly clear cache on your browser.

BTW your first forum is not in a category.

I went to Forum Permissions

Copy from (the first I made)

Update button on the bottom


Before, I thought the copy button would do it


I had to choose the copy first and than Update on the bottom

Also, It might be easier on us to ask only one or two related questions per post.
It gets confusing to try and answer several unrelated questions at once.
