Updated a Moderator now the little M icon is gone?

I updated a moderator and gave them a new forum. Now the the little M (moderator) icon is gone. Any suggestions?

The user has the ability to turn the icon off under mystuff>edit profile "Group Images to display".
They could of deselected it.
But anyway you can use the become a member under member management then goto mystuff and see if it is selected.
