I wish I could give a good estimate. We are nearing the end of the control panel area (probably another few weeks or so there). This has taken longer than expected due to the fact that we actually rewrote everything.
The front end should go much faster as we won't actually have to rewrite the code. We can use existing code and modify what's needed to add the new features and the new layout.
Once we're finished with the control panel and actually start digging into the front end, then we should be able to give a bit of an idea.
Another thing that will help speed things along is our beta tester group will be testing the control panel while work is being done on the front end. So we should have that area pretty much bug tested and fixed by the time the front end is ready to go.
