How would one impliment such a feature? Just curious how you'd expect it to work...
I mean, google toolbar has a translate button to use their translator, or we could have some random link that just reads the page you're on, or you could use the wibiya toolbar to embed a small toolbar on your site (Like I have on the bottom of
