If you really dig on this site you can find query's to view, update or delete data. But you really need to dig.
It would be nice to have a forum for just that. Just like we have the style forum. Then you could use the query found and saving it in the control panel for future use.

Yah, a lot of those show up here and there, would be nice for it all to magically aggregate in another forum to boil it down to barebones, with maybe a link back to the original thread if you want to continue discussion aspects.

The problem is, it's not too easy to just use the search function to grab queries; otherwise I'd have started a FAQ thread already..

I have no doubt as to the complexities or difficulties, I'm just saying it would be great, with no expectations as to it ever happening

One of the very first benefits that I got from this site was when someone posted a query for me about how to find and remove the duplicate "welcome" messages. It helped me get rid of a problem during my startup days. This greatly reduced the anxiety that I was experiencing with the new UBB product.
And it told me that there were some cool ways to administer the site without having to have detailed knowledge of the internal workings.... Of course, I'm much smarter now. I can now crash the database with the best of them.!!! :-)
