Blocking facebook-hosted photos from displaying on posts

I will be wanting to block anyone from posting/embedding photos that are hosted on Facebook on my forum.

Is there any way to do that? I see that

face(.*?)book would match facebook in a URL, but facebook photos seem to all have different URL locations not just the one.... that right?

Any ideas how to do it?

I've tried a few things in testing to block them, but nothing that really works thus far.
