It could be that your cache files just aren't being updated, possible permission problem?
Try deleting everything in your cache directory except for your index.html file and then rebuild the cache in your control panel and see if that clears it up.
Also what version are you currently running? I know there have been some recent changes in how often the online cache is actually triggered for update.
