I know there is a feature that can alert you (the admin) if multiple users log-in from the same IP.
However, is there a feature that tells you if the same user credentials are used to log-in from multiple IPs during a specific time frame?

Not in the current version. Only thing you could do is. CP>>Member Management. When viewing the summary results it will show the last IP for each user. So it is stored somewhere in the db but not tracked for any feature.

Curiosity question. What would you do with it? With dynamic IPs from a ISP that change. How would you use it to any benefit?

Let's say you have private or paid forums that you have only granted access to certain groups.
If you suspect a member has been passing around his log-in credentials, this would be a way to check up.
If a user logs in from one ISP (let's say AOL) one minute, then a minute later from another one (say Comcast) it's a safe bet it's not the same guy.
Of course, there's a chance it could be the same guy, but if it happens often enough, and from differing ISPs, you know it's not the same guy.
I don't even think this activity is going on on my site, but I'm just trying to plan ahead.

Well that makes sense. Still I think it would be hard to follow up on with Dynamic IP's. Unless you could track it like you said in a small time frame with more than two IP numbers.

Was about to say your example is kinda flawed, since you can signup for AOL and have it "sit" on your broadband connection and use it as a (very bloated) chat/email/web client

watching for multiple IPs within a short timeframe would be possible.. it would serve to at least put them on a 'heightened watch list' that would then log their activities more frequently.. you could have your 'suspect list' then and have the board keep tabs on patterns etc.. it's doable as a modification, of course

Thumbs up for Sirdude. He has helped me with major, as well as minor mods, to accomplish certain things like this.
