Is there a way to disable the Tool Tips feature in the 'Active Topics' Page?

It doesn't seem to serve a purpose there if we're showing the same text. And, some at my Forum have commented that it's a bit annoying.

Optimally, I'd like to see a way where each person could choose to see them or not, but barring that, is there a way to turn them off on that page?

Try CP > Display Options > General > Primary tab > expand Forum Display Options > Topic tooltip preview size in characters. Leave the field blank or set to 0 to disable.

Thanks, but I'd like to just turn it off for the 'Active Topics' page, not the whole Forum.
