I've done some Moderator changes on my site, removing some people from this group and adding others, but one guy still has the "M" tag beneath his name and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

He is no longer a mod in any forum, and he no longer has mod status (even without any forum assigned) but is just a user. I have even reinstated him as a mod and then changed him back to a user but to no avail...

How can I change this? Even his display name no longer shows up as green, only the "M" tag doesn't want to disappear...

Will need to figure out why this happened in the first place, but to fix it you can run the following query, replacing # with the actual user id:

SQL Query
update ubbt_USER_PROFILE
set USER_GROUP_IMAGES=''
where USER_ID='#'
