I don't currently have an email server and wonder if I can get user notifications and duplicate IP login notifications by PM instead of email? Where is this specified in control panel?

The duplicate IP logins will come via PM, but some of the other notifications are email only currently.

OK, one more question. I uploaded some jpg as attachments and they are displayed as file names. Where or how can I specify that they are displayed as inline images?

Control Panel » Display Options[+] Forum Display Options
Max Size for inline uploaded images

If an image is attached to the post, if it is smaller than the specified size (in bytes) it will be displayed in the post.
