Hi,

I changed the options in the control panel so that administrators have no full access to control panel. I thought that wouldn't affect the main administator (the one who set up the board, that is me), but to my surprise it did. So now I have no full access to cp (i can access just "approve posts" and "member management") and feel really stupid How can I get the access back?

I am sure Rick can get your access back for you. You might want to submit a Support Ticket.

If you don't want you Admins. to have access to the CP, you make the Global Mods instead of Admins. Global Mods have access to all the threads and don't have to be assigned to an area like a normal Mod.

I trust the people that I have made Admins. with the CP. I want someone other than myself to have access to the control panel.

If you can edit your database you can go into the table ubbt_CP_PERMISSIONS and make sure that FULL_ACCESS is set to 1 for the admin group, which for me is GROUP_ID 1.

Yes, you'll need to fix it using something like phpmyadmin to edit the database like Chosen suggested. You can open a support ticket if you want and we can do it for you.

Will need to put in a safeguard so that doesn't happen.
