Since upgrading, some of my users are complaining that they can't just paste in a link "http://" or even "www" and---previously---the link would automatically get hyperlinked.

I can't remember if that was on the previous version.... but is there a setting somewhere where I can enable said function? Oh these users...

You need to allow ubb markup in the forum permissions per group and per forum.
Control Panel ยป Group Management
Select the forum permissions for one group at a time.
Edit the permission "Can post using Markup/UBBCode"
Set it to a 1 for each forum you desire.
Repeat for other groups.
