In each forums settings it has an option for "ad island" which you choose a custom island.

then you have to adjust the permissions for each forum to set which user groups will see ad's.

I am a Web Development Contractor, I do not work for UBBCentral. I have provided free User to User Support since the beginning of these support forums.
Do you need Forum Install or Upgrade Services?

Open custom island 1 in the control panel and post the contents here.

with out any formatting which is what you have it should be;

/* BODY HERE */ is a comment not code same for /* PHP CODE HERE */
html goes between the <<<EOF and EOF;
