Move forum to other hosting company

How do we handle that? What's the best way to move to another one without loosing any data?

Basically, you'd copy all of your files and export your database. Move the files to the new server and import the database on the new server. Then it's just a matter of setting the proper permissions on the files/directories and editing the includes/config.inc.php to reflect the new paths and mysql info.
