I have a "ghost" regisration in my members queue.
# 13487
Reg IP: Reg Date: --
Birthday: -- Underage? No
No user name, no email, no reg IP, no date???
Even when I decline the reg, it stays in the queue. How do I get rid of it? Thanks, Paul

Strange. Can you click on it in the reg queue? If so, try deleting it with the "Delete Member" link at the bottom of the Member Information page.

I went to the View/Edit Members tab, when I put in the number the response is: Member number not found.
The UBB version I have is: UBB.classicâ„¢ 6.7.3
I have a gold licence and I need to upgrade to threads but I'm working on cleaning up the board and moving to another host.

You could probably 86 the account with a simple SQL command in CP.
I'm not an expert in that area, but I'm sure someone here will chime in with it for you.

Wait, just re-read this and realize you are running Classic. I think you'll want to delete this user account via FTP.
Someone who remembers more about Classic can probably help you more.
Cool to you see you running a Classic board ... and in my neck of the woods (here's my site ctfisherman.com).
You won't regret the move to Threads. Your users may complain about the different style at first, but they'll love all the new features.
Good luck with the move.

I'd recommend upgrading to threads on your old host and migrating that vs classic... Lots less headache...

As I recall if you try to manually delete a member file which there should be one. something like members/0013487.cgi Then you need to edit another file I believe it is memberlist.cgi.
So In your case you may find it the other way around. You might have a member file but the member number is not in the member list.
From memory both files are in the member folder.
But to upgrade to threads it should not be a issue. Even if it remains Rick could probably clean that out for you with a trouble ticket.

Took a peek at your site. The big item to consider is, It appears you are using Bobbits photo album script. Currently there is not a way to import them in mass to the photo album in ubb v7.

First you will need to turn off registration before editing any files.
Files that need to be edited are:
act_index.cgi emailfile.cgi memberslist.cgi oli_index.cgi pc_index.cgi pdnlist.cgi perms_index.cgi
As well as delete the member file, Example: 00000031.cgi

There you go! For me if you contemplate on upgrading to threads. I would be more concerned on the forum structure when upgrading. The permissions settings seem to be the big issue with up graders.
