UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing How Do I? Search for countries of users?

Hi all. How can one search UBB and get a list of all the countries our members are from?
I see I can search for location as a particular country but I'd like to get all the countries in one table/list.
Is there such a way?

Well what SD is talking about is looking up by ip I believe.
If you are wishing to just look up what users have entered in their profile would be another thing but still would be hit or miss depending on if the user entered their location.

Hit or miss, true, but it doesn't have to be perfect for my purposes. I was just hoping there was an easier way.

short of having them fill out a custom profile field with their country, the only way i see is to automate it by IP

geoIP has php interface to the API, so it's doable.. then it would automatically show you where the IPs are from..

that doesn't guarantee they are really there, because they could be using proxys, but it would be fairly close for most of the members
