USER_IGNORE_LIST should be split from ubbt_USER_PROFILE
A separated table will be easily parsed and manipulated by other languages.
(And it will be easy to delete a user who is in other's ignore list , not causing orphan data )

English is not my native language. I try my best to express my thought precisely. I hope you understand what I mean. If any misunderstanding results from culture gaps, I apologize first.
