UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums Resources and Customizing Admin Zone ubbt_POSTS is marked as crashed and should be repaired

This is a first - my forum seems to have crashed. An error is displayed if any post or forum is clicked on. I can log in as administrator and get the message below. How do I recover from this?

Well the table "posts" needs to be repaired.
What caused it is anyone's guess.
I will say repairing a tables can be a caveat situation without a recent backup to rely on.

But anyway one tool is phpmyadmin.
